This Is Our

Work

Our Offerings

PEOPLE COME TO US FROM DIFFERENT ENVIRONMENTS, HAVE DIFFERENT NEEDS, AND WITH DIFFERENT CAPACITIES.

We’ve developed two programs and a series of workshops. WorkingUNDIVIDED is intended for businesses and organizations. LivingUNDIVIDED equips churches and other Christian faith-based communities. Each seven session cohort is led by trained co-facilitators, one white and one BIPOC, to skillfully guide participants through the journey.

OUR CONTEXT

ENGAGEMENT

Our programs thrive because we have crafted experiences shared in mixed-race groups, grounded with historical context and data, that has been academically validated by Johns Hopkins University. Each engagement includes expert training in the tool of empathy, experiential and data-driven learning, and utilizes tools of relational growth to motivate and drive change.

Whether you are looking for a one-time engagement through our workshops or you are looking for more in-depth training for your organization, UNDIVIDED can help bring your team move from division to cohesion.

TESTIMONIALS

WHAT ARE PEOPLE SAYING?

Both participants and facilitators have experienced the impact of the UNDIVIDED curriculum and have seen transformation in their personal live, their communities or workplaces and their cities. Here are some of their stories.

“Most programs like this would conclude by leaving people with a mushy sense of kumbaya. UNDIVIDED, instead, challenged people to act on their new commitments to one another and on their values. And it made a difference.”

“If I could wave a wand, every individual that wants to make the world better should go through a program like UNDIVIDED.”

“The facilitators were amazing. The truth-telling was next level. …Allowing me to talk about things I normally only talk about with African Americans. It was a freedom and a space of grace but also a space of brutal truth that I think I needed.”
