COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
We’ve developed our programming to elevate diverse narratives and catalyze people into the kinds of healing and justice work that meet the unique needs of their locales. Our work’s scalable, repeatable, and customized nature enables our impact to stretch deep and wide, building community and sharing power.
Alums of our programming emerge with a clear vision and tangible actions on how to create positive, sustainable change. And they go on to do amazing things! From canvassing for a ballot issue enabling access to preschool for underserved populations; to supporting gun buyback programs that make for safer streets; to redistributing wealth by shifting resources to Black-owned banks, to sparking initiatives that create space for vulnerable dialogue between police and citizens; we’ve seen this movement for racial healing and justice joyfully flow into zip codes and lives across our nation.
This is the UNDIVIDED movement, and it begins with you.

OUR LOCAL NETWORKS
PEOPLE COME TO US FROM DIFFERENT ENVIRONMENTS, HAVE DIFFERENT NEEDS, AND WITH DIFFERENT CAPACITIES.
We meet people where they are.
We empower the called, discontent, humble, teachable, and ready. We come alongside them to lead racial healing, solidarity, and the achievement of racially equitable outcomes within their communities.
We know that the urgency of now and the long arc of justice demand hopeful endurance and strength of character. We meet this demand by encouraging rhythms of connection, learning, healing, and rest that mobilize people and resources and channel power into partnering organizations, existing justice initiatives, and other emergent opportunities for collaborative work.
Individuals can access supportive and empowering leadership training and educational opportunities in The UNDIVIDED Way; including community organizing training and topical webinars.
