Our Workshops

 WorkingUNDIVIDED workshops are interactive experiences rooted in a vision for racial healing and reconciliation. Our workshops are designed to bring people into a deeper level of understanding through experiential learning via personal discovery and collective sharing. Participants will also be guided toward actionable outcomes and realistic next steps for their communities and organizations.

AN EXPERIENTIAL JOURNEY

OUR COHORTS

Our cohort program flourishes by uniting individuals in diverse, mixed-race groups. The experience is enriched with historical context and validated data.

We provide expert training in empathy, blending experiential and data-driven learning while focusing on relational growth to inspire and drive meaningful change.

This program cultivates racial solidarity and champions inclusion and belonging in the workplace. Our engaging seven-session experience is crafted to empower everyone to thrive.

Root

Building the foundation for relational growth through historical contextualization and empathy training

REALIZE

Reflecting on post-Civil Rights era through current events, learning the impact of systemic and structural injustices on racial groups

RECKON

Teaching and training in active listening skills, empathy and the recognition of echo chambers

RESPOND

Examining racial and cultural identity, reflecting on injustice and inequity, and preparing to create change

REPAIR

Focusing on the importance of taking action to establish relationships and repair divisions

RESOLVE

Launching into the work of being reconcilers through courageously moving forward toward racial unity

Each group session meets for 2 hours for seven weeks

Groups may gather either in-person or on-line

Participants stay in the same group for span of the cohort

WORKING UNDIVIDED FOR JUSTICE

Thanks to the generous support of our donors, UNDIVIDED has offered WorkingUNDIVIDED cohorts at no cost to qualifying institutions within the justice system since 2021. These facilitated cohorts have been made available to a range of civic institutions, including police departments and employees in the juvenile justice system.

Questions

WorkingUNDIVIDED is designed for companies, non-profit organizations, government entities, and other organizations that see the value in exploring and pursuing racial equity, solidarity, and justice.

  • Cohorts: 12 -36 people, minimum of 30% BIPOC representation
  • Workshops: No participant count restrictions
  • Keynotes: No participant count restrictions

Prices vary based on the type of experience, duration and participant count, however our prices start at $1,500.

We kindly request a minimum of 30 days notice. However, we will still consider last minute needs on a case by case basis.
